Here the Alive Concerts booking agency - the promoters of Ukranian -Russian Pizdatu Tour of Lake Of Tears.

We found that many of You are so regret with cancellation of some dates as we are as well, so let's us to explain what's happened. But first we'll try to show in a few words how all the tours workout.

Well, since last year we're working as the booking agent of lake of tears on the ex-USSR territory under supervision of the band's MAIN booking agency Dragon Productions - the company we have very good relations for a last few years. The band needs the nessesary conditions for every show in every city consisting of so many things as venues, production requirements, hotels, local transport etc. That's mean we have to deal with local promoters in every city who could to arrange all of this terms and, believe this is the huge amount of job! The local promoters coming with offers which we consider with the band and their agent and then we coming or not coming to agreement. Since that we signing the deal and awaiting the execution of terms about each point of agreement.

So what's happened with Syberia and Odessa is quite simple to discribe. The people from these regions who were responsible for their duties just didn;t execute them. They confirmed the shows and all the terms and then we haven't recieve from them nothing - no payment, no response at all. The syberian promoter assured us about dates, we pointed the terms and then we couldn't reach him via phone or e-mail for more then 2 weeks, until he told without any explanations that show's couldn't be happen! Because of him all the tour logistic was broken. But God was on our side and we found a good partners in Istra. Because of them the show in St. Petersburg which also was under the risk of cancellation was saved. The same is about Odessa - we were awaiting (keeping the hope as long as possible) until we understood that Odessa's promoter is nothing more as the person whom we cannot trust anymore.

We're all so regret with these cancellations and we want to bring our apologies to fans in these cities. But unfortunately such shit happens from time to time in every part of the world and we will searching for relaible partners there in the future to make the long awaited gigs happen.

In the conclusion we want to say that all the rest dates of PIZDATU tour will be happen for sure.

Its a great luck - having an opportunity of visiting LoT show in Krasnodar
I've already got two tickets for my brother and myself.

post pics, please! living so south, there's no way I can get to russia... I had the hope I could get enough money to go to St Petersburg, but I couldn't afford the flight. So I'll have to wait till a festival or another romanian show or something...

and looking forward to find out if there will be new songs included in the set list from Russia and Ukraine. so far, the Romanian gig seems to be the longest with the largest set list

with the expectation that Romanian audience was showing, it's normal... the wanted to give a memorable show, and they definitely did.

great! do yao have restrictions to take pics at shows in russia?

Yes, at some of them.
At Tiamat concert in Krasnodar a year ago (by the way - at the same hall where LoT will perform) , for example, taking pics was allowed only during the beginning, the first three songs. But my friend was in the security team, so i took as much pics as i could

haha... nothing better than having friends in the correct places!

I've never had problems with taking pics...

@Alive Concerts Thank you for your background information about the cancellations! Let's hope for you - and for the fans in Russia - that you'll have more luck with local promoters in the future.

I've heard something like "first three songs without flashlight" is the rule for professional photographers who're allowed to take photos from the photo pit. I've never heard anything about restrictions for the ordinary audience (except for the number of megapixels in the camera, so they don't take any professional equipment in).
